Windows 7 Everything is Blurring Shadow to the right

Well… My parents decided to let the baby mess around my computer and now I keep having this problem and I do not know how to fix it. All words, images and everything is having a blurring shadow to the right. Here are some examples:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Sorry, I had found out that it was a monitor problem, not a problem with my display. That's why you can't see it.
