Windows 7 Failed to Update Bluetooth Software

Hi there,

I recently got my computer back from Best Buy, who installed a new hard drive into it. I'm trying to get everything up and running, but my Rocketfish Mini-USB Bluetooth Adapter will not install properly.

That's where I downloaded the software, and it keeps coming up with an error message during the validate process saying 'failed to update bluetooth software'. I'm not sure why this would be, especially on what's basically a brand new computer.

The information about my computer is:
Manufacturer: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
Model: ASUS Notebook G72GX Series
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8700 @2.53GHz
System Type: 64-Bit Operating System

If you need any more information, I would be happy to get it but I don't know what or how so you'd have to inform me.

It seems yu are trying to update what you say is a Rocketfish device using a Broadcom driver. Have you looked here for a Rocketfish driver:
