I'm running 32 bit Ultimate edition on an Everex Stepnote N Series laptop NM3500 W model. I installed windows 7 and noted that upon install the driver just seemed to be magically there. Upon running the performance evaluation it shows a low score due to the graphic chip. I went on to try and install some themes and found that troubleshooting would pop up and let me know that it's not compatible with Aero. It says that there's a driver compatibility issue and that it would support aero with a driver that is compliant with the windows display driver model. But that's all it says. System Manager shows that the display adaptor is VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP and it looks to be working. So the question is, is there a workaround for this driver problem or is there a more suitable driver for the computer?
