have a decent new board, gig h55-usb3
intel 530 [roc
8gig of 1333 mem from crucial
HD5570 card
pair of 250 drives in a striped raid
should be adequate to check email
locks when left alone for a spell
tried to stop all higernating etc
something about mem 3
bought a new pair of stix and a nice PS
same prob
eventually crashed totally
back up now
has always ignored the usb3 ports on the board
doesnt play well with legacy stuff, took some dickin around to get my formula force wheel to work
today I have been tryin to get this backup image deal setup, apparently there is no such thing as restore points anymore
trying to backup to a 80 gig empty drive, it wants to put a 4~5 gig file on it, and says the drive does not have enough room
can someone help an old codger get this system into a stable state ??
