Windows 7 Hard Drive Is not listed

[SOLVED ]Hard Drive Is not listed

Hi Everyone !
Don't know where to post this Thread But posted Here !:(
I am Using windows 7 ultimate In my desktop
I have 160 gb Hard disk which is partition in 40*4=160 Gb
I have total 4 partition
C:\ (OS)
D:\ (SONGS)
E:\ (MOVIES)
F:\ (SOFTWARES)

Size is Listed In Screenshot File

Now
Today I clean install Windows 7 (format c Drive and then Install)
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate (March 2013 updated)

after installaion i am able to view only 3 partition (4th one is not shown in my computer)
The missing partition IS D :\(SONGS)

so what should be Problem here.Tell me Out.

Hi

Will it let you right click on the unidentified partition select "Change Drive Letter and Paths, and assign a drive letter?
