Good day Win7Forums! First post here.
I currently have a computer happily running Windows XP Pro without a video card installed (It was removed after installation and no longer in my possession). Now that it's getting a bit slower I want to do a reïnstall and get Windows 7 Pro/Ultimate in the process. However, during installation the good old remote desktop obviously won't work. Therefore my question: Is it possible to install Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate without a video adapter? And if so, how can it be done?
It will probably help to give my hardware setup here so here goes:
- Motherboard: Asus P7H55d-M EVO
- CPU: Intel I5 750
- Harddrive: 2x Samsung spinpoint F3 500GB
- GPU: N/A
As a final note: Trying this is as much a hobby to me as it is mandatory, so even if there is a better solution, I just want to go ahead and try if this can be pulled off anyway
