Is there anyone out there who knows how to fix this problem? Because apparently, I tried all sorts of ways I found on the internet, nothing helps. I've also downloaded Java Environment, the same thing occurs. All softwares are download from their official websites itself. And when I check the requirements, it is compatible with Windows 7.

SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!! Very troubled with this. T.T
