Windows 7 Help w/ screen fix.

Hi, I downloaded splashtop streamer onto my laptop and it worked ok the first fews times I accessed it from my tab. Then the last time my screen settings changed 4 whatever reason. My pc has 1024 x 768, but now have black bars on either side of my screen so it looks like 800 x 600. I have since uninstall splashtop but and unsure of what to do w/out making things worse.
Help pls!

Hi Wendy and Welcome to The Forum.

Right click your desktop, select Screen Resolution and change it back to 1024 x 768, It wll give you a preview and 15 seconds to decide if you wish to keep the new setting. If it's good for you click OK, Then Apply, then OK again.
