I have a homegroup set up for Computer1. Computer2 is on domain so it can only connection to Computer1's homegroup and not create it's own. That is fine Computer2 is able to join the homegroup and see the shared files. It can't however see the files in Computer1's libraries that are located in User/Public. I created a new library of Users/Public/Recorded TV and shared it with the homegroup but Computer2 does't see any folders in the library. If i add a folder to the library that is in the user/"Username" directory it works just fine. I have share public folders on. Any suggestions? Let me know if i need to clarify.
