Windows 10 How can I create a shortcut to restart Windows Explorer

Because I keep getting the Taskbar refusing to autohide I wanted to have a shortcut to Windows Explorer on the desktop so that I could just restart it with one click, instead of going into Task Manager.

Is this possible?

Rename the attached to reset.bat. Paste it on your desktop.
