Solution
@jetsmell ,
1) Open up Microsoft Edge
2) Click the "..." under the X that's used to close a Window in the upper right hand corner
3) Change the "Open Microsoft Edge with" setting to "A specific page or pages"
4) In the box that says "Enter a URL" type in the web address to the page you want to be your homepage
(For instance to make it Google type in Google)
5) Click the little disc icon to the right of the address you just typed to Save
Hopefully that is easy enough to follow.

and … just in case you are wanting to set up your own homepage for firefox … simply click the "☰" (triple horizontal line) at top-right corner of firefox's browser window … select "options" … click "home" … make your choices.
