evry body of my friends are using windows7 ultimate.i want to operate them remotely.how can i get administrator rights of my friends pc.what are the changes to be done in their systems and even my system.how to remote shutdown of any pc using command prompt.i tried by using my friends ip adress but it is showing access is denied.how to get full rights of remote systems.we all get connected to single router via internet.plz tell anybody.

In short, you need the cooperation of your friends. You cannot simply operate their machines with out their knowledge and permission. Each of your friends needs to set the permissions on their pc's to allow remote access. After that each you try to operate them remotely it will ask them to confirm that they wish you make remote access.
