because I installed parallel 2 OS
What is "parallel 2 OS?" ... we need details to help you mate, do you have Windows 7 and WX on some kind of dual boot or are you talking about the MAC system?

Edit:
If you have a dual boot it is possible your efi drivers are mixed up... have you got a volume icon in the bottom right of screen? (defaults to the same area as system time) and if so does it say speakers or headphones when you look at it?

I recommend, you go to the Asus support page download your chipset, audio and Lan drivers for Windows 8 and install them... in that order. reboot the system then do a shut down and restart.

p.s. When you get your updates from Microsoft DON'T grab any optional hardware drivers.
