Windows 10 HP 4560 Printer Not Printing in Color: Solutions and Microsoft Utility Needed

Printer is not printing in color even though I have color selected. I had this problem before and it was fixed but I had to completely reinstall Windows 10 and lost the info. Ink is fine. Tried another set of cartridges to make sure it wasn't the ink and it did the same thing. Microsoft has some utility for a fix - please tell me what it is again. Never mind - found my first message and solution

Well, the first time was easy. I followed this link, ran the app and all was good again. Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe

This time I had to completely go back to ground zero - delete printer, install printer, connect to network and it finally worked but it took me forever but it's working again. I have no clue why it does this but if there is a next time I'm getting a new printer.
