Windows 10 Is It Safe to Delete 1100 Files from My Folder?

I have 1100 files in this folder. Can I delete them?

Typically anything in a temp folder can be deleted, most often temporary storage used my software installations.

Thanks for the quick reply. Many of those items in that folder were subfolders. they actually contained over 84,000 files. Took a moment or 3 to delete. They're all tucked away in my recycle bin in case I need one of them in the future.

Lots of programs unpack to this location during installation, you can safely remove them from the recycle bin as well.
