Windows 7 Is there blacklist on every router?

Most (but not all) routers can do this... I use Netgear (at work) and Tp-link (home).
Of the two Tp-link is MUCH more muppet friendly.

I'm all but certain that this thread is just another spam thread about My WiFi Router bull, but.....
On a happier not I just put one of these http://www.tp-link.com.au/products/details/?categoryid=2872&model=Archer+C9
in service at home today and so far so good.
My first TP-Link product and I like it.

Yeah I think this software which is WIFI Router can manage the connected device, you should try it once.
