Windows 7 Japanese 64 bit Home Premium to English 64 bit Home Premium

i am planning to get an alienware m11x from japan.

however it will be install with japanese version of 64 bit windows7 Home Premium.

Can i re install it to english version or any direct link to change my japanese version to englisg version.

Unfortunately you need to be running the Ultimate version of 7 to be able to add another language pack. I see that you'll be running Home Premium although you could upgrade this to Ultimate using the 'Anytime upgrade' :
