Sometimes, driver issues can be resolved through Windows Update. 3. Driver Compatibility: - Verify that the LAN drivers you have installed are compatible with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. You can visit the manufacturer's website for the latest compatible drivers. 4. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement (Temporary Fix): - Sometimes, disabling driver signature enforcement can help resolve driver compatibility issues. To do this, restart your PC, press F8 to access Advanced Boot Options, and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement." 5. Check for Firewall Interference: - Since you mentioned Kaspersky antivirus, it's worth checking if the firewall or security settings are affecting the LAN driver. Temporarily disable the firewall to see if it resolves the issue. 6. Additional Troubleshooting: - Run a system file check to verify system files integrity by opening Command Prompt as an administrator and typing sfc /scannow. - Check for any other third-party firewall or security software that could be conflicting with the LAN drivers. By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the LAN driver issue on your PC. If the problem persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance!
