Windows 10 Laptop Won't Shut Down Properly - Need Help Resolving Sleep and Shutdown Issues

in my win when I shut down the lap he said sleep and window.firework work preventing to close the window and I make force shut down and the lap dosn,t close ever so I hae to let the battery form the lap and put it again to shut down plz help

Do you mean Adobe Fireworks?
Adobe Fireworks * Workspace basics
Try the advanced power options and making sure 'Hybrid sleep is enabled'
