I attempt to connect to via wifi and I get "limited access" and it also says "unidentified network". I searched google and gone through everything but can't find a solution that works.
I am using a dell latitude e6500 Laptop. I have an excellent signal, I have disabled windows firewall as suggested by someone

Do you have other wifi devices that do work?
You could try to reboot the router.
Next delete the wifi adapter in the PC reboot and let windows reinstall
