Hi,

I attempt to connect to via wifi and I get "limited access" and it also says "unidentified network". I searched google and gone through everything but can't find a solution that works.

I am using a dell latitude e6500 Laptop. I have an excellent signal, I have disabled windows firewall as suggested by someone

First question.......
What Antivirus / Security Suite are you running now?
Second question......
What Antivirus / Security Suites have you had installed in the past?

This line is telling you that you are not getting an IP from your router.

Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address: 169.254.187.53<Preferred>

Do you have other wifi devices that do work?
You could try to reboot the router.
Next delete the wifi adapter in the PC reboot and let windows reinstall
