Windows 7 LOSS OF YOUTUBE SOUND

For some unknown reason, I have lost the sound from youtube videos. I run windows 7 ultimate and have tried to find a solution on google, but to no avail. Anyone know the solution as well as the reason the souind gets lost?

Something to try I guess.
Right click the speaker in the system tray, bottom right of desktop window, on taskbar. Choose, open Volume Mixer. Examine the volume settings and whether or not anything is muted, especially any reference to your browser and Adobe Flash.

Thanks for trying, but that did nothing when tried. Still needing help please.
