Windows 7 Messed up screen size!! Please Help

What is happening, is that all of my windows os's are installing correctly, but when the PC boots up, the screen is not fitting my screen, and there is a black border around it, and I don't know what to do!! I have been trying to figure it out for a while now, and cant. Someone please help.

Have you installed/updated your GPU driver, whether it be an addon or onboard? Do you have the resolution set to the recommended settings?

You didn't give any specifics about the setup. In the other case, the issue appears to be a known problem with the graphics driver and an HDMI connection.

Has to be a driver issue. make sure you get the correct one for you GPU and also got the OS and the bit size x32 or x64
