Windows 7 Microsoft Outlook 2010

Hello , my name is Pantelis Papakostas and i have this problem : I open my email (Microsoft Outlook 2010) and when i try to click on a link these messsage appears: "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"
What have I done wrong?

Your administrator maybe blocked that application so you would have to really contact him and he'll take it off your computers. Just like school computers.
