I have been tasked to find out why our NEC Videowall (4 x NEC MultiSync X464UNV 46" Large Format Displays), driven by a PC running Windows Server 2012 R2 continues to switch off, needing a user to log back in to restart the displays ...
This happens regularly, but not at consistent time intervals, during our 12 hour shifts ... we would like the screens to stay on permanently.
I have no knowledge of Windows Server and my basic snooping around control panels, etc., cannot find any reason for this happening. They are all connected to the one video card.
Is there anything I should look at to determine why this is happening?
