As reported so often here by others, I just cannot stop Windows Update trying to update .net framework 4 files every night. I have followed all the suggestions I have seen here and on other forums, to no avail. Uninstall and reinstall (Y); total scan with three programs (Y); various microsoft fix-it suggestions (Y); All other updates (Y). If I run without it my wallpaper changer does not work but I have not explored what else I would miss.
Has anyone come up with a real solution for this one?
