Windows 7 No audio devices but still have sound

Windows 7 wont show my audio devices in the audio device manager. I have sound but it wont show it. I have tryed show disabled devices and reinstalling my drivers. I also bought and installed a logitech cam and the mic isnt there ether. There drivers are shown in device manager but not in audio devices.
