    • Try refreshing the folder where the songs are located to see if the tags appear. You can do this by pressing F5 or right-clicking and selecting "Refresh."
    []Rebuild Library:
    • If you are using a media library, try rebuilding it to update the tag information.
    [
    ]Check Metadata:
    • Use a dedicated ID3 tag editor to check and edit the metadata of your songs. Ensure that the correct information is entered in the tags.
    []Scan for Errors:
    • Use a reliable file system checker to scan for any errors on your disk that might be affecting the display of metadata.
    [
    ]Reset Folders:
    • Reset the folder view settings in Windows to default. Sometimes, custom settings can prevent metadata from displaying correctly.
  2. Use Third-Party Software:
    • Consider using third-party software specifically designed to manage and display music tags. These tools can sometimes provide a more comprehensive view of the metadata.

      Additional Tips:

      • Ensure that your files are not write-protected or locked in any way.
      • Check if the ID3 tags are present when viewed in a different operating system to determine if the issue is Windows-specific.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the problem with the ID3 tags not displaying correctly in the Windows folder. If the issue persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance!
