Windows 10 No Way To Change Network Settings From Public To Private On Windows 10.

I have installed Windows 10 Tech Preview 32 bit Build 9879. Yet I have found there is no way at all to change the network settings from Public Network to Private. On Windows 8.1 you could do this by going to PC Settings and clicking on the network but this does not work at all in Windows 10 . I have also tried tuning on network discovery in Network and sharing center but as you can see in my screenshots this does not work.So has this been removed n Windows 10?

Solution
I have finally solved the problem. The settings are there n Windows 10 but not as easy to find as in Windows 8.1. apparently you have to go to PC settings not ZPC settings.

Click on manage networks.

Then you have to disconnect from the network then reconnect to it.
You will have to enter your WiFi password again to reconnect. Then where it asks "Do you want to find PC devices on this network-Select:
Yes for Private network or
No for Public Network.
So what I did was select yes then as you can see my network has now been changed to Private network as you can see from my pictures. Though it seems silly that you have to jump through hoops just to change your network. We never had to do this on Windows 7 or 8.

The process seems to be a little different for WiFi or Ethernet. With Ethernet I clicked on the Connection itself. With WiFi I clicked on the Advanced Options as shown in the attachments. Sorry if it looks funny, IE or the forum is giving me problems.

Well a lot has changed since I used that version of Windows 10 which was only a Beta version. I don't have Windows 10 now as I have decided to stick with Windows 7 and 8 for the time being. But I did download the Evaluation Enterprise version or build of 10 from the Microsoft website. Which is a trial version of the currant Windows 10.
As I don't mind trying it out but I don't want to run it as my main OS because a lot of the things that were in Windows 7 and 8 have are gone from Windows 10. With Windows 8 all of the features of Windows 7 and XP are still there apart from the start menu, which you can get back. But with 10 that's not the case and you cannot even disable updates. So I am sticking with Windows 7.

As I said, it must be a difference between what OS one had before.
Here is the exact same procedure on my Win10
