Numeric Keys Not Working After Fresh Installation Of Win 11...
tried lots of tips and tricks from YouTube
anyone facing same issue on Windows 11
 

Solution
Also you can check if the shift key is being detected.
Press windows key + r
Type 'osk' (the on screen keyboard)
When you press the shift key it should light up on osk

Try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in.
Try and update your keyboard drivers, if possible try a different keyboard.

If it doesn't work after plugging it back in, Try "Restart" and reboot the computer.

I have the same issue. Tried all the youtube tips.. Also a reboot/restart or even a new WIndows configuration does not solve the problem

Do you have the correct keyboard layout selected?
Is this the numeric keys on along the top or the 10-key keys?

So no 10-keys. The numeric keys that are on the right of a full sided keyboard.

Do you have sticky keys accidentally enabled?
Press shift 5 times and say no, you should get a pop up

sticky keys is disabled.. and with OSK the shift key does not light on. when i use an external keyboard everything is good.
