Hi all!

I've been unable to get the Outlook Connector V12.1 to work with my newly downloaded Windows 7 RTM. The
Connector worked properly under both XP and Vista. I have installed the Connector multiple times and tried
it with Windows 7, XP, and Vista compatibbility. The Version no. that is reported for the file that was
downloaded from the 12.1 web page is: 12.0.6423.1000.

The problem is that, after the Connector is installed and the Hotmail email account selected in Outlook, the
Connector downloads (supposedly) all the headers and bodies for all the emails that are on the Hotmail
server. However, 3/4 (or more) of the messages displayed in Outlook have blank headers and blank
bodies. When I log into the same account on the Web, all the headers and bodies are intact. I have
seen no error messages during any part of the process.

Theere is also a V14 of the Connector for use with the upcoming Outlook 2010. I tried that version as
well, and all it did was crash Outlook (the release notes indicate that it should only be used with
Outlook 2010.

Anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this?

Thanks for your help,

C. Coulter
