Windows 7 Pin multiple folders to taskbar

In XP, I put into Quick Launch several folder icons: company documents, current project, ....

In 7 I see them clustered into 1 icon looking like several fodlers in a vertical stand. THen I have to right click to bring up a menu, and then left click for the inidivudual folder I wish to open. yuk.

Any suggestions to have this behave like XP's quick launch and preserve inidvidual folder icons?

I am running retail 7 (thanks technet). I installed it friday night (8/21) and so far this weekend it has been JUST FINE !!! My clients are early adopters so I have to be up to speed on OCt 22!!! Dell XPS 420 - Q6600 cpu w/ 4 gig memory
