Hello everyone,

I have installed recently the SupaHub PCI-E to 4 ports USB 3.0, and it was automatically detected and installed under an updated Windows 10, and it was working without problem.

After reboot, I notice that this hub was no longer detected by the system. So I shutdown the system, and started it again, and it was detected. So in order to use this hub, I cannot restart it, if I do that I will not be able to use it till it receive a shutdown. I have made this tests without any device connected, it was only this hub connected to the PCI-E 2x port.

I have tried to install your drivers and update the device drivers under Windows update but still samething.

Do you know how to solve this?

System Specs:

- HP 285 G3
- Windows 10 (fully updated)

Try setting PCI Express power management like this and see if it helps.

An image from 'Problem with SupaHub PCI-E to 4 ports USB 3.0 after restart Windows'. Power Options window showing advanced settings with PCI Express link state power management off.
Get updated drivers for it from the manufacturers site and are you connecting the power cable

You could also try setting usb as such

An image from 'Problem with SupaHub PCI-E to 4 ports USB 3.0 after restart Windows'. Power Options window showing USB selective suspend setting disabled under the Balanced power plan.
