Windows 7 Random BOSD!!! ntoskrnl.exe related??

Hi,new comers here
I bought my laptop about a month ago.
It's a HP DV6 6029tx.
it had been originally installed the 32-bit win7
and i had reinstalled the 64-bit version afterwards

i was programing on visual studio this afternoon and the bluescreen suddenly occurred and it showed something about the "pacer.sys" module with an C4 error.
then i had opened the Driver Verifier to check the problem.
i reboot the computer and after a short moment when i logged in windows it got crashed.
I opened up the new dump file in the windbg it showed the problem had something to do with "ntoskrnl.exe"
it seemed that my windbg had got some "symbol" errors as it kept telling me
"Your debugger is not using the correct symbols" and i couldn't see the complete details(actually it won't help if it showed,cause i don't know what it means).

So here is my minidump, i will be appreciated if anyone could analyze it and offer me a easy solution.

actually i had reboot 4 times so i got four minidumps, i think they are likely the same but i still upload all of them, hope that'll help

Have you turned off Drive Verifier? Boot into safe mode the use the Verifier /reset command in the command prompt window.

Your symbols need to the following line, and the local part (C:\symbols) is where you might put a Symbols directory on your system if you do not already have one installed by the Debugger installation.

SRV*C:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols

This is for my area, perhaps the address might be different for you.

I will try to check you dump, but I am not that good at it.

"c:\windows\symbols" is my address for the symbol.
my windbg is installed alongside with the winsdk 7.1, cause i was not able to find a single install package for windbg..

could anything else be wrong or i had missing ??

Anyway, I will share what I see, but again, I am not that experienced.

You show 3 different files in the Dump:
tcpipreg.sys - Microsoft system file

pacer.sys - Microsoft system file

intelppm.sys - Intel file

The first two files, since they are system files are more than likely not the problem. My 32 bit system had a flag on tcpipreg.sys for a while, but went away after SP1, I beleive. Pacer.sys is probably the same situation.

The Intel file might be related, or just caught like the others. You might do a web search for all three files to see if anything looks familar.

Have you updated the utility you are using which seems to cause the problems. If it is an older piece of software, you may need to run it in some type of compatibility mode.

All of your drivers seem to be fairly current so hard to pick anything out. Since Intel is mentioned, you might also check to see if your network adapter driver is up to date.

You might open an administrative command prompt and type SFC /scannow to let the system check its files. It will take a couple of minutes and will give you a message. If it says it cannot repair something, let us know.

HELP!!!
After about 2 days with nothing happened,the BSOD occured on my laptop once more today.
i was hardly doing anything on it except for opening a downloader to download something and letting my laptop run on its own.

But a moment later when i came back. i found that it has turn to the scary bluescreen .
i don't know if it was the same problem before, as it seem that i hadn't found a effective solution to the previous problems(i did the SFC command but it showed no errors and then i ran out of ideas). However, this time the windbg pointed to another file--"ntkrnlmp.exe"

Now i feel quite nervous while working or playing with my laptop, cause it would crash at any moment, it's really annoying.

had this something to do with the downloader Thunder 7 ?

so here is the new minidump. i would be much grateful for your help~
