Not a problem. Sptd.sys is notorious and it 100% without doubt did cause the first crash you posted. Great how you removed it.

Your other install "notorious" software is the AVG. Please uninstall it in safe mode using the tool found here:

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

After, reboot to normal mode and install MSE since that is very good with resources and never causes bsod under any circumstance.

I suppose you should either update or uninstall this Tages copy protection driver:

Code:
atksgt atksgt.sys Sun May 17 09:36:34 2009

----

Fwiw, Starcraft II is crashing lots of machines. Thought I'd mention that.

The Tages copy protection driver shown above has not been updated or removed yet.

I keep seeing USB being involved somehow. For this, I would update the motherboard bios to the latest:

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards - M3A78-T

Also update all drivers to any devices you have plugged into the USB ports, such as the following driver for the Microsoft Intellipoint:

point64k point64k.sys Fri Oct 16 16:08:03 2009

Link Removed due to 404 Error

Ok, pc up and running again. no BSOD yet.
also switched out my graphics card as i found out that it could cause some bsod's aswell.
Now im running gainward gforce GTX 480 =)
