Me too, but I don't advise removing it until we have a better idea what it does... for now, its not hurting anything and may be needed.Seeing "uninstall.exe" leads me to believe you are dealing with a 3rd party app.
RIGHT-click on each & see if there is a product or company name mentioned in the Properties/Details tab.
You can also take a chance & RIGHT-click on uninstall.exe, select "Run as Administrator" to try and uninstall whatever it is.
EDIT: Just noticed after post submission that the word "uninstall" goes hyper -- not sure why.
