Hello and welcome.

I've moved your post to a new thread because all issues are different and need to be looked at independently.

1) Update your Broadcom Bluetooth driver from Dell.com:

btwl2cap btwl2cap.sys Fri Apr 03 20:28:45 2009

2) Update your Logitech mouse driver from Logitech.com:

LMouFilt LMouFilt.Sys Wed Jun 17 12:49:43 2009

Support + Downloads

3) Uninstall McAfee in safe mode using the tool found hereL

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

Reboot and install MSE to replace it.

4) Uninstall Daemon Tools normally. Then use this installer/uninstaller to remove sptd.sys which is very important (do not update instead, while using):

DuplexSecure - Downloads

5) Update the ATI/AMD video driver from Dell.com:

atikmdag atikmdag.sys Wed Nov 18 14:14:44 2009

6) Update the Ricoh card reader drivers from Dell.com:

risdpe64 risdpe64.sys Wed Jul 01 05:31:57 2009
rimspe64 rimspe64.sys Wed Jul 01 19:54:49 2009
rixdpe64 rixdpe64.sys Sat Jul 04 06:27:00 2009

7) Uninstall FaCap Webcam Capture. The driver is too old for Windows 7 and the software is incompatible:

facap facap.sys Wed Sep 24 22:34:31 2008
