Activate Windows 7: - After the installation is complete, you will need to activate Windows 7 using your product key. - Go to the "Start" menu, right-click on "Computer," and select "Properties." - Scroll down to the Windows activation section and click on "Activate Windows now." - Enter your product key when prompted and follow the instructions to complete the activation process. 4. Reactivating Windows 7: - If you encounter any issues activating Windows 7, you may need to contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you with reactivating Windows if necessary. 5. Backup Your Data: - Since your previous hard drive is broken, ensure you have a backup of your important data before proceeding with the installation on the new hard drive. As long as you have a valid Windows 7 product key, you should be able to reinstall Windows 7 on a new hard drive using that key without the need to purchase a new one.
