Windows 7 Removing a program from "Programs and Features" without program files.

I guess in some event, the program files for a program were deleted. I now see the program listed in the "Programs and Features" window, and I really want to get rid of it, but every time I click it, I get a message that says:

"An installation support file could not be installed.
The system cannot find the file specified."

I know there are programs and whatnot for getting rid of this, but I'm not sure what they are or what to do in general. Any help?

If you do not already have it, browse for, download and install CCleaner.

Now run the program.

On the left of the Window, seelct "Tools" - Scroll down to the program(S) you want to be rid of, Click it and, over on the right, delete.
