Windows 8 Running Programs at Startup

How do I run a program at startup? Windows 7 had a "startup" folder and by moving an executable or shortcut into it, it would boot with the computer. Whats the analog in WP8? (I love WP8 by the way...more and more everyday)

I think what you are looking for is located here
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
