We know the following:
WinQ = Search Everywhere
WinF = Search Files
WinW = Search Settings
We know typing on Start will give Search Everywhere Charm Bar
What you may not know is IF win8.1 is set to give the ALL Applications screen instead, of the Start screen, typing on it, typing there, will, also, give the Search Everywhere Charms Bar. That same functionality is in both of those screens.
