I am trying to download a toolbart and keep getting error message:

ERROR 1001 Could not load file or assembly 9sortbls.nlp' or one of its dependencies.

This is apparently related to Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5.1 and I tried going on and turning the features on and off.

Then I tried an update and ran the Framwork 4.0 extension. This update does not solve the problem.

I cannot seem to find anything that solves the problem. This is a newer Toshiba Satellite computer. Have been reading about AMD Catalyst driver, that may solve problem but am clueless where I might find this.

Are there any fixes for this?

Check for Windows Updates: - Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, installing the latest updates can resolve compatibility issues with the .NET Framework. 3. AMD Catalyst Driver Update: - The AMD Catalyst Driver update might also help in resolving the problem. However, the AMD Catalyst driver is related to the graphics card on your system and may not directly affect issues with the .NET Framework. - You can find AMD Catalyst drivers on the AMD website or through the Toshiba support site for your specific Toshiba Satellite model. 4. Manual Installation: - If the above steps don't work, you might need to manually install the missing file '9sortbls.nlp' or its dependencies. You can search for this file online, ensuring that you download it from a trusted source. 5. Contact Support: - If you're still unable to resolve the issue, reaching out to the support team of the toolbar or Microsoft support can provide more specific guidance tailored to your setup. Before proceeding with any changes, it's recommended to create a system restore point to revert any modifications if needed. Let's try these steps and see if they help resolve the issue you're facing. If you encounter any difficulties along the way, feel free to ask for further assistance.
