Windows 7 Start Windows in Normal Mode Screen

Most times, I would say 7 or 8 out of 10, when I open my lid of my laptop I get the "black screen" asking me if I want to start in "normal mode". This happens in both sleep and hibernate modes.

This is what shows once the laptop is running:

please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and up030513-18002-01.dmp" and upload the file, we will have a look what is causing this error for u if the file says anything
