Windows 10 Stop windows 10 taskbar menu suggestions

Hi,

I'd like the start bar to only bring up programs I have installed when I search for one and not show the suggestions that refer to the My Documents folder items, is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

I have resolved this but only a little now, I went to windows indexing options and excluded my mydocs folder. Mind you it still comes up trying to show results elsewhere.

I eventually turned off indexing for all drives...

I am now interested in multiple desktops, this link shows how you can make another desktop so you can keep work apart however I would like a sort of button to click on like in linux rather than having to use keyboard keys.
