And so does the ASUS T-100 Transformer (10-inch tablet). At half the price of Surface 3, the T-100 already comes with a keyboard dock with USB 3.0 port) and full Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Office 2013. The big difference may be in the CPU (the T-100 runs on Intel Bay-Trail Quad-core CPU), but one should know first what they need a tablet/laptop for. For my purpose, the ASUS T-100 exceeds my expectations. It also has a video out (via micro-HDMI ti HDMI) if you need a bigger display.

The British version of the T-100 comes with a 500GB hard drive on the keyboard dock.
