The problem I am having is the system will go into S3 sleep but it will not come back up. It reboots the system upon wake up and I get a (How do you want Windows to start?" window. S1 sleep seems to work fine. I have adjusted the network card power management and set all the power management settings to those recommended in countless threads about the waking up problem. Tried auto in power management as well.
This is a desktop so no biggie but it is an absolute show-stopper for a notebook install. Is anyone else having a similar problem.
System Specifics follow:
This is a fresh install of Windows 7 32bit on a Asus P5QPL-VM EPU with latest BIOS v0407. E7500 Core 2 Duo with 2GB Of Kingston DDR2800 and an ATI 4830 vid card with 512MB GDDR. Logitech M505 mouse and K340 keyboard (Same problem with a PS2 keyboard and wired mouse).
