My computer has dual boot with Windows 7 and Windows 10, and is connected to two monitors. Both monitors display normally on Windows 7, but on Windows 10 only one monitor is working. Although both monitors are listed in the display settings, the second monitor cannot display. What should I do?

There are several possible reasons why your second monitor is not displaying in Windows 10. Here are a few suggestions that may help you resolve this issue:

1. Update your graphics drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can cause display issues. You can try updating your graphics drivers by going to Device Manager and selecting the display adapter. Right-click on the adapter and select Update Driver. You can also go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for your graphics card.

2. Check your display settings: Make sure that you have selected the correct display settings in Windows 10. Right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings. Make sure that the second monitor is set to Extend desktop and is not disabled.

3. Check your display cables: Check that your cables are plugged in correctly and that they are not damaged. If you are using a VGA cable, try switching to an HDMI or DVI cable instead.

4. Check the display output settings of your graphics card: On some graphics cards, you may need to change the display output settings in order for the second monitor to work. These settings can usually be accessed through the graphics card control panel or software.

5. Try switching the primary and secondary displays: In some cases, switching the primary and secondary displays can help resolve display issues. To do this, go to Display Settings and select the second monitor. Check the box that says "Make this my main display."

If none of these solutions work, you may need to seek further assistance from a professional or the manufacturer of your graphics card.

check the drivers in the Windows 10 machine i.e, if its a radeon Gpu open the AMD software tool... if Microsoft has highjacked your system it will not open "giving a error about Microsoft taking over your drivers" [yes not kidding!]

if its that you need to reinstall your Gpu software, restart the system and wait a week for Microsoft dirty tricks department to try some other bullshit
