Windows 7 Theme3s not working

When I go to personalization I have 18 themes showing but they are all greyed out and do not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,

either your profile has become corrupted or you need to change some settings via the group policy editor.

Try the group policy editor solution first:
