Windows 7 Trouble Opening Browser: Windows Has Stopped Working Error on Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

I m using ws7 64 bit hap laptop .now a days i m facing a problem that s whenever i m opening browser after booting a popup window running as WINDOWS HAS STOPPED WORKING AND WINDOWS HAS RESTARTING.

i dont know why it was happening anyone can help me to know and resolve this

I would definitely check for malware. Run a complete scan with your AV app or online scanners. I would also download MalwareBytes anti-malware and do a complete scan. Some malware prevents you from going to security sites, or any web sites (as is your case). You might have to boot into Safe Mode to do this.
