Windows 7 Troubleshooting Internet Disconnections with DSL and Netgear Wireless Router

my computer randomleys disconnectss from the internet. I have a dsl connection and a netgear wireless router any ideas?

Hi Teaker11,
have you recently installed 7 or has it been on for a while? Also are you using the latest updates for your Router?
I get firmware updates every now and then and you might have something similar to apply. Also what is the network driver like on your machine? Again, is it the latest version or one that windows installed?
